The Sitío Sabiá Residency provides short stays (up to 3 weeks) for individuals or pairs who are creating change through art, healing, organizing, education, or cultural work. Whether you come to rest, to create, or simply to listen—our doors are open.
You’ll stay on our working family farm, home to Asé Bahia, our annual cultural gathering. Residency includes:
Artists, healers, activists, and others invited for creative or restorative practice. There’s no nightly fee—just a small cleaning contribution and your respectful presence. Flights, food, and extras are not included.
Come experience the land while helping to sustain it. Visitors contribute on a sliding scale and support residency access for others.
Your contribution helps us cover real costs like electricity, maintenance, and land care. It also keeps the residency low-cost for those who need it most.
Cleaning Fee (All stays):
Donations are welcome and help keep this space alive.
Sitío Sabiá is rooted in respect—for land, people, and legacy. We ask all guests to show up with humility, curiosity, and care.
This means:
You’re not just staying here—you’re joining a living ecosystem.
We built Sitío Sabiá from our love of Bahia, our ancestors, and the belief that liberation requires rest, reflection, and reconnection. As cultural producers and community builders, we know the weight of always doing—and the power of simply being.
This residency is an offering. A breath. A place to plant seeds.
